Welcome!I am so happy to have you here! Meditation has made such an enormous difference in my life. It took me from being an emotionally overwhelmed and anxious young woman, and helped me find way back to the peace within so that I get to enjoy a life filled with abundant health, wealth, love, and happiness. I know it can make all the difference for you as well!

Over my 30+ years of teaching meditation and using it in my sessions with students and clients, I have witnessed the same miraculous results over and over again...people waking up to the truth of who they really are; that beautiful, amazing Spirit which is their very essence.

Most people are under the misconception that they are their bodies, emotions, and thoughts which leads to them experiencing all sorts of chaos in their lives. I hear it all the time from my clients who try to convince me that they can't meditate. They tell me things like, "I can't sit still that long", or "I just end up feeling more frustrated or annoyed after I try meditating", or "How in the world do you expect me to quiet my mind? I have too much going on!".

Let's explore why so many of us have a list of excuses about why we can't meditate...which are the exact reasons that we need to begin a daily meditation practice.
